These are two things you can always be sure of in life. One, is that in time everyone will die. Two, Father Time will do a number on you as the years progress and you begin to age. Read the following age-related tips so you can slow down the effects of aging.

When you contort your face, you use muscles and increase the appearance of wrinkles. While humorous, it's true. You can pinch yourself to make sure you stop. In a matter of time you will stop yourself from doing this.

Resveratrol can provide some of the same benefits. It's found commonly in nuts and grapes. Cultivating solid relationships is essential at all stages of life, but especially when you are aging. Staying involved and active within your community can not only make you healthier, but it can lengthen your life.
